Amazing is all I can say. I went to several jewelers to try to fix my wedding ring and they said they couldn't do it. Jeff took time to go over everything that he would do and actually fixed it! It's better than it was. I'm beyond happy with him and his prices. Highly recommend.
I stopped by JK Jewlers for an appraisal of a necklace I'd found in an old dresser and what a surprise...not that the necklace was worth much...it wasn't, but I was surprised to find such an honest, kind and thoughtful business owner in today's world. He cleaned, a small knot fix and wrote out a quick appraisal for Craigslist for me to use because he couldn't offer me as much as I could get on my own. He was exceedingly helpful. The entire transaction was about ten minutes but in that time he earned a lifetime customer in me. Thank you Jeff..you are the best!
Owner Jeff is probably the most honest business man in the area. Has been so helpful every time we've come in. I would recommend this jewelry store to anyone for great prices and unrivaled family owned service.
