I frequent Cost Cutters at the Colonial Plaza in Canfield, Ohio. I am so fortunate to have Michelle Z as my hair stylist. Michelle is a wonderful young woman, understanding, pleasant, kind, and a joyful person who always has a great big smile. Add to that her experience and knowledge of hair styling and her ability to make even an old man like me look good, you come up with an unbeatable combination of the skills and personality to be the best stylist ever. I have been going to Cost Cutters prior to the change in ownership and name - probably 10 + years. It's convenient, clean and attractive. All of the stylists have been great and but my favorite is Lisa Liller - her cuts are amazing and she's open to my experimentation with my hair. As I watch other clients get their hair care services, it always amazes me at how patient the stylists are and how closely they listen to the client's description of what they want. The stylists ask questions to confirm what the customer is describing.
