Greg was absolutely amazing! I called into the office within the hour, the technician arrived at my door. Greg offered repair option at a very reasonable rate, compared to the competitors That were extremely high and wanted me to replace a 4 year old ac unit! lol… Greg Had me up and running within the hour with a temporary repair. Fortunately, my unit was under warranty and was able to get the new part ordered. I look forward to having Greg and his team back out to complete the work when the part comes in. They were very friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend 10 stars Great job guys keep it up!
Greg was awesome. When he first arrived my line was frozen so there wasn’t much he could do. He managed to get me in to stop back later in the evening - what I would consider after hours.
Then he took the time to explain to me all the numbers and relationships on his meter as he recharged and documented the exact numbers so we could ball park the scope of the leak that likely led to this service call if he had to come back out this season.
Outstanding service, all around. Will definitely use them for repair or install when that becomes required.
Outstanding service. I’m a repeat customer and will continue to be. Greg and Kevin found my problem and had the unit back cooling in no time. Service First has always been very professional and takes the time to explain the answers to my questions. Also, scheduling was very easy. I received a link in a service reminder and it walked me through the steps to get scheduled.
