I've dealt with a lot of contractors over the years but can't say enough good things about my experience with Service First HVAC. Greg is extremely knowledgeable, prompt, and friendly. After having 2 other companies out to repair my AC, Greg was the only tech who was able to properly diagnose the problem. The first company (Atlas Butler) told me that my compressor was bad (it wasn't). The second company (RightWay Heating and Cooling) sent a tech out but he couldn't tell what was wrong with the system. I called in about an issue I was having with our furnace and Greg came in and saw that they were so minor that he wasn't even going to charge me for the inspection. This was refreshing to be able to trust an HVAC company and know they weren't just trying to over sell me on some parts or work that I didn't even need just to get a commission or paycheck. Service First Heating and cooling is the most trustworthy HVAC company I've ever worked with! You're missing out if you look elsewhere.
Greg was such a pleasure to deal with! Service call was a reasonable rate, he got me in same day. He quickly diagnosed my issue and gave my system a health check. He discovered another visible issue I was having and 2 days later he had the parts installed. Very happy with his service, speed, and prices. Thank you!
