We had Jay's out this week to repair a leaking ac unit. Previously before that we had that company from Indiana whose first name is the same as the last name of a famous actor. He told us ac drip pan was cracked, not available any more, and probably need to replace everything. Jays came out, pan wasn't cracked, it was out of level, and outside unit was 1.5 pounds low on freon, which was never checked by other company. The got us up any running without replacing anything. I would recommend.To be fair, after complaining to first company, they did refund our service call expense.
We noticed Iur furnace quietly stopped working tonight around 9 pm. With the temperatures getting down into the 20’s we frantically tried finding someone to come look at it tonight. Jay’s Heating and Cooling answered the call and the owner himself ( Kevin Jay) came and looked at our furnace. We are glad it was just an igniter that went bad, but Kevin knew exactly what was wrong and easily replaced the igniter and was on his way. He was very friendly and very easy to deal with. Dare I say it we may have found our new regular HVAC company. Would recommend to anyone in need of service.

We cannot say enough good things about Jay's Heating and Cooling! They were very upfront and honest with us when installing our furnace. It was a total team effort that we greatly appreciated! They had the best prices around as well to match the great service. We will only use Jay's for our heating and cooling needs! Thanks Kevin & crew!
