Jay’s Heating and Cooling answered the call and the owner himself ( Kevin Jay) came and looked at our furnace. We are glad it was just an igniter that went bad, but Kevin knew exactly what was wrong and easily replaced the igniter and was on his way. He was very friendly and very easy to deal with. Dare I say it we may have found our new regular HVAC company. Would recommend to anyone in need of service.
