“I had these guys come to work on my a/c. My fan would only work on circulate. Tech came and said system needed charging. I had to work but my wife dealt with it. The tech told her everything worked and left. I came home and of course fan didn’t work. My wife called them again and tech said we needed a new fan motor so $2700 later new fan and still doesn’t work. We called again and a tech came and checked the system and said we didn’t need the new fan. I said I wanted the old fan put back. He said his boss Rob was on vacation but he was good about taking care of customers. The tech also noted our thermostat was incorrect. I did purchase the thermostat last year when we had issues with the old thermostat but their tech Caleb installed it and said nothing about it being incorrect. My wife called Rob on a Monday to discuss this whole situation and he was very condescending to her and said he would contact her by Friday and it’s now been over two weeks and nothing. The best part is I know Rob and never dreamed he would do this to me or anyone. Very very disappointed about this as Fitzenriders always treated me right! At this point I can’t recommend them anymore.

Update, spoke with Rob and there was some miscommunication so furnace is repaired, money was resolved and we a very happy with the results!! Appreciate the efforts of all involved!!!!!“
