“I’ve known her for over 20 years, and she’s always been amazing at what she does. My recent facial was no exception—so relaxing and exactly what my skin needed. She’s knowledgeable, gentle, and truly cares about her clients. My skin was glowing afterward! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality care and a peaceful experience. Thank you. You are the best.”
“The Spa at Springfield is an amazingly relaxing experience for a pedicure! Everyone is very welcoming and kind. Jessica and Shelby have done pedicures for my daughter and I the last few times we’ve gone and it’s a fantastic experience. I love that you can request a quiet appointment if you don’t want to chit chat. The regular polish lasts a long time! You get what you pay for here. Thanks Jessica and Shelby!”
“I had an amazing experience at Essential Escape Spas! Kaitlin did an incredible job with my massage — one of the best massages I’ve had. I came in with a lot of muscle soreness and tension, and I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and relieved.
Kaitlin was professional, attentive, and really understood where my body needed extra care and pressure. She made the entire experience comfortable and calming from start to finish.
Highly recommend Kaitlin to anyone dealing with stress, tight muscles, or soreness. I’ll definitely be coming back again!”
