If I could give it ten stars, I would. Joel at NextGen Mechanical, what a wonderful, kind human being Joel is. Very very knowledgeable in his craft, too. He saved me thousands and thousands of dollars. My issue was my heat pump was running constantly. He came out as a second opinion after another well liked company, who will remain nameless, came out and told me all this crap that needed done. Supposedly no freon, all these leaks, said they nitrogen teste, need new coils, etc. To the tune of thousands of dollars and a wait time of 3 weeks to 3 months to have new coils made, in negative degree temps. I wanted a second opinion and called Joel.
