About Haven Cleveland Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Drain & Electric
Based on the reviews, Haven Cleveland Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Drain & Electric provides excellent customer service with understanding of a concerning situation for a homeowner. The team provides outstanding service, arriving promptly and professionally, even for a late-night call at 10:30 pm with arrival just an hour later. The company is an exceptional choice for HVAC services. During a scheduled summer A/C unit inspection under an annual contract, a capacitor reading low was found. The replacement value was $192, but as a member/subscriber to annual inspections, the cost was only $35 for the part. Another customer had a great experience when their A/C broke on a record high 97° day. The crew diagnosed the problem, gave an all-in estimate, and had parts on the truck to do the job. The technicians are prompt, friendly, highly skilled, and exceptional. The company is reliable and efficient, easy to schedule, and trustworthy. For a slow drain, the technician checked to clear clogs without needing the more expensive snaking option, which was very pleasing.
Needed a water line repaired.
Fixed by cutting below leak and added valves to both the damaged line and the cold water line.
Repair took less than an hour and all is well.
The only complaint is that I was charged $330
A little high for not even an hour job.
The team provided excellent customer service with understanding of this being a concerning situation for me as homeowner. I called for help at 10:30 pm and the team arrived just an hour later. The person on the phone and the two technicians that came to the house provided outstanding service.
An exceptional company for your HVAC services. This visit today was under my annual contract that I renewed last fall (2025). The visit today was the scheduled summer A/C unit inspection. The Capacitor on my A/C unit was found to be reading low. The replacement value was $192. Because I was a member/subscriber to annual inspections, I only paid $35 for the replacement part. What a deal! Thank you Nathan and Ryan (intern in training)
