I live in Brookpark Ohio and we had our first taste of a storm that actually caused damage . I had no idea how the process worked and my insurance company wasn’t helping . I called grid iron guys , Parker came over and took us under his wing! He handled the insurance issues and kept us informed as the process moved forward . I called grid iron guys because a guy at work recommended them . Thank god I did . The house looks great , insurance was smooth after Parker filed the paperwork. Thanks again , I will always recommend this company .

Gridiron guys were amazing to work with- start to finish! Parker who we met with first gave us the quote and continued to be a point of contact until we met Dave who was our foreman for the rest of the job. Dave’s communication and attention to our project were top notch!! Anytime we texted or had a question he was responsive and always reassuring. We had come from having a horrible experience with another contractor and working with Dave and the gridiron company was an absolutely positive experience. I cannot recommend them enough!

Jeff Holiday was hands down amazing to work with. He made this whole disaster process as smooth as it could possibly go . When an issue arrived he took care of it immediately . I’m so so thankful and happy that my home is back to 100% and beautiful .
