Thomas is an absolute professional. He works hard and is very knowledgeable. His business ethic is refreshing in today's world of "no call backs" and generally bad service. From first call to install on a new 80 gallon hot water heater was same day (on a Saturday mind you.) I will absolutely go to him first.
