Mostly always love going to Grainger supply. They carry a TON of stuff that an HVAC service company could find itself needing that nowhere else in the area carries, especially when it comes to the industrial sector. went into the Brooklyn Heights, Ohio branch today looking for a very specific socket. They were very busy, and the fellow that usually works in the shipping depth helped me find the part I was needing. It was available, shipped from Louisville, KY and will be in here the next day. Betsy was also super helpful with the billing and paperwork..

I came into the store about a week ago to pick up a shoulder screw for my coats tire changer. Unfortunately the dimensions I got from my owners manual wasn’t correct. The gentleman that helped me was very patient and helped me out with what I thought was the correct screw. The fault of my own. It tuned out to be about 1/4” too long. Needless to say I had to return them. Entire staff seem amazing, knowledgeable and helpful. Betsy help me during this visit. Was very patient with my ignorance. Thank you.
