Received exceptional service from this company. Our tech was very professional and explained everything he did. The thermostat stopped working, he replaced it. Would highly recommend this company.
We've been with Air Care since 1987. We were new homeowners plus new parents and Air Care repaired our furnace with no charge. Money was tight back then and getting tighter again, but we prefer reliable companies. We're on our 2nd set of home mechanicals and plan to continue with Air Care as long as we live in our home.
Very pleased with this company. Ben is a great service man. Very polite very explanatory. Look forward to working with them in the future as we signed up for the maintenance program.
