I could not recommend Bill and his Air Care Heating & Cooling team more, we had a tough situation with our r-22 system and had a bad experience with one of those private equity hvac companies. He took the time to explain everything to us and go through every option possible, he also educated us so much on our hvac system, he was able to recharge our unit for us and get us up and running same day right before a heatwave next week! We will absolutely be a customer for life!
Bill provided excellent service on our water heater replacement. I placed the call and he was onsite within 2 hours. He had us back up and running before we even had a chance to miss hot water. I would recommend his company to anyone!
Absolutely stellar experience. Did a minor A/C repair for me 9 years ago. Thought I needed a new system and he diagnosed it for me. Only charged a minimal fee because it wasn’t necessary. Kept his card because I was impressed with his honesty. A/C finally gave out over the 4th of July weekend 9 years later. Gave him a call and had a new HVAC system 24 hours later. Hard to find quality service anymore but you can trust this one. Great service, responsive and most of all…Honest!
