Whether it’s routine scheduling, or a pet emergency, which I’ve had several times, they were awesome. After my 12 yr old dog passed recently, they made a terrible situation tolerable. She wouldn't hurt a fly even under that stress but was consistently treated like she was a danger. Anyway, with Dr. Jaax she walks in by herself, sits calmly and waits and then interacts with Dr. Jaax. She let's Dr. Jaax treat her and take vitals without hiding. I can't love on Dr. Jaax enough!“

“My senior, soul cat Rupert only visited Howell for about a year or so, but they always treated him exceptionally well, especially during his final days. He became unexpectedly ill and Howell really came through with caring for him on an emergency basis so that he didn't need to spend unnecessary time in pain or discomfort at a large scale emergency vet clinic. Dr. John was so compassionate and sweet when explaining his options and ultimately administering euthanasia to put my sweet boy to rest.
