The Blue Ash store was closed on a Saturday when they were supposed to be open. I contacted the location via the website with no response. When I dropped off my cleaning the next week, I told the person working what I experienced and she shrugged and told me she didn’t work on Saturday’s. When I picked up the cleaning, the delivery van was blocking the drive through. I parked and went in to pick up my cleaning and the workers seemed annoyed that I was there. Even though the customer service leaves a lot to be desired, they do a good job on the cleaning.

Attendant was very helpful and helping me figure out a coupon that wasn't working and in fact when I went to pick up my laundry in the coupon which had not worked, she made sure that I got credit for it...
