When she saw I was behind someone, she stopped her work on some shirts and came to take care of me. Very kind and sincere. Do not know her name but she looks to be working hard, has a good "pace" and is customer focused. Need to hang onto her as finding good working people with customer service stills are very hard to find these days.“
“I bought a dress for my cousin's wedding, and when I got home I noticed some kind of grease stain. I really wanted to wear it, and it was the only one in my size. I took it in to Atlas, and the woman was honest with me that she couldn't guarantee she could get it out due to the fragility of the fabric and the mysterious stain. I thought it was worth a shot. To my surprise, not only did they get the stain out, it was ready for pickup less than 24 hours after I dropped it off. It was only $14! My fiance just got his work uniform tailored there too, and they did amazing. Highly recommend!!“

“Okay so let me start by saying I read every review and I still came with high hopes as this is shop is close to my house and I prefer to stay near home for some things if possible. I stopped in on a rainy day and got fitting in my suit jacket to get taken in about an inch or so. I was told to pick it up the following Saturday. So a week. Okay no problem. I showed up and she had a hard time finding my jacket to find out it hasn't been done yet. She asked if I could come back later in the day or another day. I chose to come back on Tuesday. I came back and she found it not done again. Again asked if I would come back later in the day or the next day, again I came back the next day. It was done and done well. Excellent work. So I am happy. But just be aware you may have to come back. Still I will be back here and if I need it asap I will make sure to let her know. I was in no real hurry.“

“I called ahead and was requesting a nearly unreasonable turn around time to get a suite cleaned. The lady on the phone was friendly and they agreed to make it happen. When I went to pick up today, the owner and the lady I spoke with on the phone were both in. They informed me of the bad news that their conveyor system broke and they are unable to get anything down for customers. HOWEVER, the incredible owner and employee remembered my situation and went out of their way to guarantee that my suite was ready for be fore closing. Incredible service, great price. Highly recommend.“
