Okay so let me start by saying I read every review and I still came with high hopes as this is shop is close to my house and I prefer to stay near home for some things if possible. I stopped in on a rainy day and got fitting in my suit jacket to get taken in about an inch or so. I was told to pick it up the following Saturday. So a week. Okay no problem. I showed up and she had a hard time finding my jacket to find out it hasn't been done yet. She asked if I could come back later in the day or another day. I chose to come back on Tuesday. The owner was super nice and helpful!!I wanted my pants to be adjusted and i told her I’m running late she did the job sooner than expected and very happy with her customer service.Highly recommended!! This place is underrated.I will be going there from now on.Service: Pants alterations

I lost 38 pounds and needed my dress altered for my sister's wedding. I took the dress in on Tuesday and I asked her, was there anyway I could get by Friday? I picked the dress up Friday evening and it was perfect! I will never go anywhere else. Lu is the best!
