“Everyone is wonderful here! My 3 dogs likes everyone there. It is easy to make an appointment.The veterinarins are wonderful! Dr Jay & Dr. Nikki take the time to explain everything when your pet is not feeling their best. If your pet needs surgery, they will let you know if it is something they can do there or give you a referral.
I have had experiences with other places that just treat you like a number and they do not seem to care about the welfare of your animals just as long as they can collect as much money as they can and still cannot tell you what is wrong.

Dr. Duffus is compassionate, up to date with all the latest technologies in veterinary medicine which makes her private practice a cut above the rest. WHAH, will always get you in for an appointment if your pet is in need whether you are a client or not. Highly recommend WHAH, this place is not just a job for the staff and Dr Duffus, you can see in each and every one of them, this is their passion!“

“This vet has a lot of medical expertise and has solved problems with my cats that another vet was too slow to act on. They helped give one of my cats live an additional six months when he was in kidney failure. I wonder if he would have started here, maybe his issues would have been addressed earlier and perhaps he would have never gotten to the point of kidney failure at all. I trust them with my furry loved ones.“

“There was a mishap with the scheduling of my appointment, however, they made sure to still see my kitten at the time the appointment was supposed to be. They were very gentle, kind, and positive! I had a great first experience and will continue to go to them for my pet care needs.“

“I seriously can’t say enough good things about Red Maples. They are always so friendly, often remember our cats when we come in, don’t try to upcharge/ push unnecessary things, affordable compared to other vets, they answer all our questions, and often see us quickly during emergencies. Our cat Vince stopped eating/ drinking last week and after 24 hours we needed to see a vet asap, they got us into the office within 3 hours of calling. They took great care of him and ran all appropriate tests / sending us home with some meds and asked for a phone call follow up. When I called Friday saying he hadn’t improved, they offered to get us some meds that night. This is the only place we will take our boys.“

“Reasonably priced and took great care of both my dogs. First time was our black labish dog...we took to a veterinary hospital in Heath before calling them and got charged $800 to not even telling us what was wrong and they just wanted to continue to run test and charge us. The second time our Husky got ahold of cannabis and ate it, was like he was dying and tripping at the same time. They got him through it and hes fine now. Highly recommend.“

“Our Dog suddenly had an eye problem , her eye was running and she wouldn’t open it. This was on a Thursday. Our regular Veterinarian office staff told me they had no appointments left and suggested a Monday appointment. Are you kidding me, this was an emergency situation as we didn’t know what had happened or if something was in her eye. Before going to MedVet I called here and they gave us a noon appointment that very day. The staff is caring and professional, the veterinarian was wonderful as well. We were taken care of and more importantly our Lily was too.
