I also got phone calls from the project manager who handled the clean-up and damage estimate and the crew as they were on their way to us. The cleanup crew was great! When reconstruction was able to begin ATI's project manager, Jim, handled everything and made sure to keep me in the loop every step of the way. Jim the PM and the owner of the construction company met with me, and we discussed colors, finishes, timeline etc. The construction crew was awesome though not a part of ATI but handpicked by ATI. ATI's PM, Jim, came by the house at least 3 times a week to make sure everything was going well on schedule and that I was happy and satisfied with the job.
