We talked to Trace and he offered to stay for a few minutes so we could grab the part. He was extremely helpful and we really appreciated his effort to get us fixed and back on the road. Cute store with a lot to offer.“

Called them in the morning and got a return call within an hour. When the Tech arrived, he explained everything he was doing, and was thorough with his investigation. He didn't just show up and pump refrigerant into the A/C system. Checked for leaks and blockage and offered suggestions to keep the system running properly. I'll be using Hi Point again when needed. Highly recommended!“
