The whole office staff talk you through the whole treatment so there are no surprises. I have been well informed on my insurance limits and when I have a coinsurance. “Regina is the most sweet and understanding and NOT judgmental Dental Hygienist I have ever had. Been seeing her for as long as I can remember. I always see whatever doctor is available but she always makes sure I am comfortable. She talks to me during my appointment but I don’t mind and I’m sure if you wanted a quiet appointment she would have no issues with it. I got anxiety and she has helped ease the anxiety with going to the dentist. It’s been years but after a few visits I was ok with going and stopped hating it. “Only issue is you can't get in every 6 months for your cleanings. You get in about every 9 months. Also sometimes the doctor isn't doing your filling/bridges etc. A dental assistant did mine and the doctor checked them. Unnerving when you're not expecting it, but they did a great job.“

Last week at 4pm on a Thursday, I dislodged a permanent crown. I called the office and left a message and was preparing to deal with tooth pain all weekend.

I got a call the next morning and was sitting in a chair at 9am Friday getting the crown reattached. Approximately one “business hour” later.
