I always see whatever doctor is available but she always makes sure I am comfortable. She talks to me during my appointment but I don’t mind and I’m sure if you wanted a quiet appointment she would have no issues with it. I got anxiety and she has helped ease the anxiety with going to the dentist. It’s been years but after a few visits I was ok with going and stopped hating it. I must say that I have been very impressed with Dr. Kanetsky professionalism and courtesy during my appointments. However, I feel compelled to bring to his attention an issue that has been concerning me. On two separate occasions, my daughter, wife, and I have encountered an older female dental assistant who has displayed rude and condescending behavior towards us. This has left us feeling uncomfortable and has made us consider switching dentists. I believe that such behavior is unacceptable in a professional setting, and I wanted to bring it to your attention in the hopes that it can be addressed. I understand that managing a team can be challenging, but I believe that it is important to maintain a positive and respectful environment for both patients and staff. “This is the best dental practice I have ever been to. Everyone is very relaxed, friendly and good tempered, but are still completely professional and competent. Dr Baker and her assistants are always very careful to explain procedures and are respectful and sensitive to each patient's needs....they spend extra time making sure the job is done right. Your teeth always look and feel better when they're finished. I can highly recommend this dental office, which I can say I haven't been able to do with many others.“

If wasnt the pain that scared me, bc you're gonna get that from any dentist if you let your teeth go. But the shame you would normally get from most dentists DID NOT come from Jon Gallagher. Before he did anything he explained what he had to do and why. I held a mirror as he showed me everything. Then they showed me the x-rays before and after. He was calm, pleasant, and informative, and so was his entire staff. I'm so glad I met them. No wonder he had a lot of customers, but my wait wasn't long. However, he took his time with me. If you are looking for a dentist, take my advice, and go here!“
