Staff are very friendly, they used the most recent medical equipment and the procedures have good outcomes. Also, all procedures can be done in house, while at my former dentist I needed a referral to a specialist for part of my care. Beth, the dentist hygienist was very friendly.
Started seeing Dr Shepler in May 2024 and the only regret I have is not knowing about this office sooner! Hopefully he isn’t retiring anytime soon bc we just got started with him lol! Since then my husband, children, and myself all go here and always look forward to our visits! Everyone in this office is amazing I give extra props to the front desk for the tons of multitasking they do on top of being so kind!!! Thank you all and you are the absolute BEST!! Today I went in for my crown at Van Buren Dental. The staff had to unfortunately deal with an internet outage. Even though they were doing everything manually they were all fantastic and made everything as smooth as they possibly could. Especially the front desk gals. My team I spent the most time with: Bree, Pam and Dr. Megan were truly amazing. I would one million times recommend them even with this unfortunately blip with their connectivity.
