Steve Shufflebarger DDS is a top-notch dental practice with a team that is AMAZING, sweet, patient, and explanatory. They take the time to thoroughly explain procedures and are patient with pre-op and post-op details. The staff is highly trained and competent, and the team is known for their kindness and professionalism. Patients have appreciated how the team accommodates individual needs, including those with medical conditions and allergies, ensuring everyone feels cared for and comfortable. The practice is especially good at handling anxious patients, with a calm approach and detailed explanations that help reduce worry. The team also provides excellent care for children, making sure they recover well and feel at ease. While some may feel the bedside manner could improve, the overall expertise and attentive service make this a great choice for dental care.
Dr. Shufflebargers office is emaculate. From the moment you walk in, you can tell that you are surrounded by excellence and class. The receptionists, to the nurses and extending to the surgery team and Dr. Shufflebarger were beyond expectations. Dr. Shufflebarger was very informative, knowledgeable and when needed, comforting in his approach before the surgery, leaving me with a sense of calm. I couldn't be more happy with choosing his office for my procedure.
This office prefers to communicate by text which I found annoying because I kept having to call them, leave a message, and then respond to the text they would send me. On the day my daughter had her appointment to have her wisdom teeth extracted their x-ray machine was down and they had to walk her to the dentist office next door for x-rays. Even though they have a large, air-conditioned lobby with many chairs, I was told I had to go outside and sit in my car to wait. It was a hot day and there is almost no shade in the parking lot. I needed a root canal. The office got me in a couple of weeks (as opposed to a month or two) . The staff when I arrived was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Steve was direct and gave me information to make up my mind to how to proceed. The staff (Kelcey) was with me the entire time and talked me through each step.
I would highly recommend this team!
