“Indigo yoga studio has been a very pivotal piece in my yoga practice and experience. Indigo has been very supportive during my yoga teacher training and in my personal yoga practice. Amy is truly a gem and is always so intentional, which is key. Amy is very knowledgeable and has a special way of helping you really “get with yourself” on and off your yoga mat.
