Restorative yoga was the best experience I've ever had with yoga. Today was my 3rd session with Indigo. I love how welcoming everyone is.I love how the physical space makes me feel. Indigo yoga is what I look forward to each week.

This is my home studio. I have been attending classes at Indigo since 2015 and throughout the years, I have learned so much and have experienced personal growth on a deep level that has literally changed the trajectory of my life.I received my level 2 reiki attunement here, was afforded the opportunity to go to India, went through teacher training here at Indigo, and now teach the yin class that started my own journey in the healing benefits of yoga! Full circle experience.The level of kindness, compassion, and education through workshops and trainings are world class.Indigo is a beautiful place to call home. ?

Beautiful studio! Definitely the best in the area!All of the instructors are very skilled and professional. Each class is different every time. The instructors excel in sequencing and cueing the poses/asanas. They also have the depth of knowledge and experience to offer multiple poses to deepen or soften the participant’s practice based on the participant’s mind and body’s current need during the class.The studio aesthetics are calming. The space is well refined and provides a sense of peace and well-being.
