Based on the reviews, Dr. Sheri Su is a very fun and high energy eye doctor who makes eye exams entertaining. She is described as the best and one of the sweetest eye doctors, who truly cares for the health of one's eyes. Dr. Su has been a patient's eye doctor for the past few years and always remembers them. She is very knowledgeable and answers questions thoroughly, taking time to make sure patients receive exactly what they need. The staff is described as super friendly, helpful, and informative. Dr. Su fixed a prescription from another place and always informs patients on things they can do better to keep their eyes in good condition. She is a caring and excellent eye doctor who will take great care of you. The team is highly recommended.
From booking the appointment to the actual appointment it has been an exceptional experience. Checking in the front desk was super friendly and welcoming. She took the time to make sure I understood the paperwork. Dr. Su was so nice and knowledgeable. She actually took the time to listen to me. The appointment did not feel rushed or anything. I will definitely be going back and recommending friends and family.
Dr Su was The best doctor I have ever saw for my eyes and believe I have saw a lot. She’s very friendly. She is very thorough. She does not get in a hurry at all. I definitely give her 10 stars.
Dr. Su is the best! She's been my eye doctor for the past few years and always remembers me even though she only sees me once a year. She truly cares for the health of one's eyes and is always informing me on things that I can do better in order to keep my eyes in good condition (I wear both lenses and glasses).
She's one of the sweetest eye doctors out there so if you're in need of an optometrist, you can find her at Lens Crafters (she is independent from them) located in the Fairfield Mall! She's very busy, so I recommend booking online.
