Adam came out to our home to service our brand new refrigerator and discovered that the team who delivered it, failed to set it up properly. He was fantastic! He was professional, on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. We were so grateful for his excellent service. His service was covered by our warranty.

We have used Beavercreek Appliance Service on three separate occasions. Most recently they were used to repair a Bosch refrigerator. On each occasion, we had no problem with scheduling service, and the person with whom we spoke on the phone was pleasant and helpful. The service techs who were sent each time were polite, knowledgeable, and able to diagnose and repair the problems. The cost of the service call and labor were reasonable. In short, we were pleased with our experience and will not hesitate to use them again if needed.
