As a first-time male customer, I wasn't sure what to expect, but my experience at Hand & Stone was excellent. The staff, (especially Antonette) was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. My massage was relaxing and helped relieve a lot of tension, and the facial left my skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

I have received a facial and a massage at this Beachwood location and if I could give this place 100 stars ⭐ I WOULD! It’s clean, the vibe is relaxing and the front desk employees are always so friendly and helpful .
