My husband was a member here for years we spent thousands of dollars he passed away recently they never sent an acknowledgement. Don't do business here they are very cold and only looking for the money with no regard to the loss

I stumbled upon HairClub for Kids from an online support group for parents of children who pull out their hair. Desperate to find a solution before the situation got worse, I called HairClub and spoke with Lexi. Lexi was so kind and understanding and listened to my concerns. She assured me that they have experience in this area and shared a success story to comfort me. My daughter suffers from a rare genetic disorder, therefore has special needs on top of this. When we arrived at the Hair club, we were greeted by Lexi and worked with Britany (the stylist) who were both so kind and sweet to our girl. I cannot say enough about this place, and what a blessing it is to have this free service for children. Our daughter’s needs are expensive, so to have this gift of hair club truly brings tears to our eyes. Thank you for this and for your top notch employees who made this situation positive.

I’ve been a member of HairClub since 1995. The Cleveland and Arizona center. I’ve had Lorie in Cleveland over 25 years. She’s an amazing stylist. I have color and style every time. I’ve never been dissatisfied. Her work ethic and her professionalism is astounding! She’s always on time, never misses an appointment and I can count on her to always listen to my input and create what I like when I leave there. Her suggestions over this 25 years is always spot on. I appreciate knowing Lorie is always there when I walk in the door and I know when I leave I’ll look fabulous. Thank you.
