I had an excellent experience here. The facility is spacious and clean, and the staff is phenomenal. I never thought I would look forward to PT, OT, or Speech therapy, but the therapists changed that. They actually had studied my case and developed therapies aimed specifically at my needs and goals. They were friendly, cheerful, and encouraging at every step. I want to call out Karen and Hannah especially. They guided me from near-invalid to walking out the door on my own. .y husband had a two week stay at Cleveland Clinic Rehab Beachwood. He had an amazing stay. The facility was clean, the people were helpful, and friendly, and knowledgeable. He made great progress while there. The receptionists were also very friendly. I can not thank the facility, and most importantly the staff who helped my husband enough. 5 star indeed, if i could give more i would.
