Peterman Plumbing & Heating is the authorized AEP contractor they tell me for 47 counties in Ohio, and they repair about 10 of these units per week; I know from experience that over 3000 of these units were installed in just the Canton area about 27 years ago; I own a few of them at my rental homes. The guys that Peterman sent were knowledgeable, clean, efficient, and they replaced most of the parts that typically fail in 20+ years of service although only one part was actually defective. The pricing for both the parts and the labor was reasonable. The guys definitely know these water heaters and the office staff was most responsive in scheduling. Highly recommended.“
