The pricing and payment details were clear, which I really appreciated. Since we have been in our home in Batavia for a long time and try to stay on top of plumbing maintenance, I also asked about our main hot water tank. He took a look and explained what signs to watch for as the tank gets older and may need replacement. That kind of honest advice was very helpful.
