I had 3 different companies out to inspect a block wall in my basement. B Level was the last company I got a quote from. This place is the best! I can never get in anywhere same day even if I call all the places around me, but Baltimore has a walk in clinic every day of the week which is a life savor! They have the best prices out there and I've loved every doctor we've seen. They most recently called me back over a medication question instead of making me come in for a visit. They truly care about your pets and their well being. I've been taking my pets there for for over 5 years and will continue to recommend to everyone.

I took my truck here after another shop told me I had a shudder in my transmission and I needed to replace it. They looked it over and found out it’s not the transmission and probably the transfer case instead. They did not charge me for anything and saved me thousands. I really appreciate the good honest people who work here and I would recommend them to anyone.

My furnace started having issues early Wednesday morning, they were able to come look at it on Thursday and determined it was over 40 years old. They could have put a bandaid on it, but were very honest about a need for a replacement. I thought this would take a few days, but they were ready on Friday to replace it completely. The young men who come out were extremely respectful and even helped keep my cats inside while they went in and out for parts. During and after install, they asked to use my vacuum and cleaned up the whole area, even asking at one point if a spot in my living room was from them. It wasn't, I had been crafting and a few small pieces of paper found their way to the floor. But they would have cleaned it up if I didn't insist it wasn't them. I highly recommend this company. Family owned and operated, and went above and beyond my expectations!
