I called Clint to inspect a rental property where there was evidence of a mouse. He sent me a $0 estimate and pictures showing the possible places that a mouse could enter so I could fix it. Stated he layer a few traps. I asked how much the cost of the inspection was and his response was $0- “no need to squeeze people.”

Clint has been at that house before when there was a hornets nest in the soffit of the house.“
