Home Health Care near Avon

“After some disappointments with a different home health care agency, I searched nearby agencies and their respective reviews. Based upon ACC Avon’s reviews, I decided to interview them and thought that they would be able to meet the needs of our elderly family member.
We have utilized the ACC Avon agency for about a year now. Below are our observations:
1) The staffing office has been promptly responsive to any questions / changes in service needs.
2) Keeping a small, consistent group of caregivers who know the client’s care needs can always be a challenge with any agency, given staffing limitations. However, the ACC Avon agency has been able to maintain this consistency for our family member.
3) ACC Avon agency’s caregiver has been able to conscientiously address each of the ADL limitations our family member has experienced. I would recommend this agency to others, without hesitation.“
