Amazing staff here!! The nurse Megan, Dr. Anna Williams, and the nurse Tyler all made me feel so comfortable, great bedside manner, they really listened to all of my concerns and took good care of me. I saw alot of negative reviews just of people complaining about the wait time. I can say between 3 other hospitals I've been to in the past I have ALWAYS had very long wait times. I will be using this hospital from now on due to the great staff who helped me.

I expected a wait in the ER, not a problem. But Cleveland Clinic needs to do better. I am a nursing mom and I asked for a place to pump and was sent to a bathroom... if I wasn't in pain I would wait but I can't. Ridiculous!

Was inpatient after surgery and was impressed by all of the staff. All employees were courteous, selfless, and genuinely concerned with the well being of every patient. The hospital is relatively new and very clean. The food however is horrible. Was not admitted via the emergency department.
