“I had the most positive experience at Complexions. I woke up, looked into the mirror & felt an urge to get an acne facial to extract some stubborn blackheads, whiteheads, and everything in between. I scoured Vagaro for a same-day appointment, expanded my radius & stumbled upon Complexions. I booked the last minute appointment & drove to OH from PGH. Complexions is a woman-owned, hidden gem skin spa in Poland, OH. Bella was not only kind, personable, genuine, but truly knowledgeable & thorough and passionate. The service was outstanding, & customized to what I needed. I did not feel rushed, and Bella did not aggressively push any products on to me or bash dermatologists as many estheticians do. I felt heard, and felt as though I could be honest with my goal of truly fixing my acne prone skin. I will definitely be seeing Bella again, hopefully soon. Who doesn't love a good facial? ‍‍“

“I went to this nail salon on Tuesday with my cousin the lady that did my nails took her time and made me feel very comfortable a very clean place and great music in the background will definitely be going again the price was not that either“

“The prices are not displayed which I did not like. You pay what they tell you. I ended up paying $30 plus tip for a wash and blowdry. I think that's a negative for a walk-in service that you have to take the next stylist that's available. And I don't get conditioning.“

The receptionist still finds the time to be warm, inviting, and very kind to everyone. She's also very efficient and it wasn't long before I was seated, that I appreciate.
I had Lindsay as my hairdresser (honest opinion ?) and because she was great at her job (fast) and very friendly ...the time flew by and I had the BEST Time! ? This is a wonderful salon.“

“Sue's my stylist now. I had a different lady when I first started going there. I was made to feel at home before & after a brief break (Covid) I was welcomed back with open arms. One day I went to get my hair cut & Sue greeted me at the door & said my stylist had left. Since then Sue & I have become more then just stylist & customer we become good friends. All the other beautians (?) greet me when I arrive & even look out for my ride. I would highly recommend Hairstyling Concepts to anyone just make sure to make an appointment cause they can get really busy.“

Even with multiple brides getting ready, the reception staff kept things moving calmly. My manicure and blow dry were finished within the promised time, and nobody acted irritated when I asked for small adjustments. Felt professional without being cold or robotic.“
