Psycare is a great clinic. Everyone has always been warm and welcoming. Sarah (my counselor) is the best, she has helped me get through so many difficult periods of my life and has truly helped me better myself in more ways than one. She is kind, empathetic, supportive, and genuine. I honestly don’t think I would have been able to get a handle on my anxiety and overall mental health if it wasn’t for her. She is truly a great counselor.

This place used to be amazing years ago. I'm not sure what happened in the last two years to make this place go downhill but it is unfortunate. A year ago I tried to go in for my appointment after going here for years and was turned away because I didn't have my new insurance card on me. When I asked about paying out of pocket or getting billed later I was told that I couldn't because insurance does not allow that. Which may be true but you would think a mental health place would figure out how to make sure people are seen. Also, what would have happened if I did not even tell them my insurance card changed and had my appointment anyway? I'm wondering if I should have...read full review

Staff was absolutely fantastic. Friendly and engaging. We had Sarah, very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable, she went out of her way to accommodate us. Professional people who actually care! Highly recommend!
