I highly recommend Mold Testers LLC for mold remediation. Several years ago, we had a rainwater event along two walls of our basement that was taken care of, at the time, by a simple fix to our drainage system. Though the floor and carpet (mold/mildew-resistant) in that part of the basement had long since dried, mold did develop along the two baseboards and had continued a few inches under the carpet. We found Greg when looking for someone to come test our home for mold do to prolonged respiratory illnesses in the home that weren't subsiding. We decided to have some areas tested for possible mold to ensure safety and get some answers if mold was a culprit. When I called Greg on the phone he was very knowledgeable and helpful.
