Greg was recommended to me by my realtor for my first time purchasing a home. I was ready to pay nearly $300,000 for a home under contract and thanks to Greg’s expertise (on 24 hour notice!) I was able to get a home inspection scheduled, discovered tens of thousands of dollars worth of critical repairs needed in this seemingly perfect home from a flipper who cut corners and “polished a turd”, and received the report back within 2 days - able to terminate the purchase. Greg was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was able to schedule everything online, and pay via credit card once the report was ready. I learned a ton, met a great human being, and had the best experience I can imagine one could have with a home inspector. He was polite, transparent, and had my best interest in mind.
