Excellent therapists!
I had a wonderful experience at Drayer Austintown office.The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Every visit felt welcoming, and I always left feeling better than when I arrived. The team here is knowledgeable, caring, and truly invested in your recovery. It was always a pleasure to come in for my appointments. I felt supported, informed, and encouraged every step of the way. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for physical therapy. Thanks to Colleen, Bill, Tori and Randy and staff!!
Everyone was always professional and friendly, answered any questions I had. They also introduced me to Cupping which helped me IMMENSELY!! I will miss working with them and HIGHLY recommend them to family and friends!!
I am a patient at this facility and I have nothing but great things to say. I'm so happy with the care I have received from my herapist William Maxwell. He is so compassionate and professional. He not only wants you to progress in your therapy but always can have a conversation about how you are feeling about your recovery.
