Fraley & Fox Construction Inc.
“Follow up
Fraley and fox reached out regarding the siding issue and sent a crew out who fixed the issue!!! As an additional “STAR” they were kind enough to hang the new shutters I purchased but did not have a chance to hang!!!!
Great follow up and quick resolution!!!!
Fraley and fox did our siding and hired a crew to complete the work. The crew worked daily to complete the job and were polite and friendly. The reason for 2 stars is that the top row of the siding is falling off the house. I contacted Fraley a number of times and they came out, or sent the crew out to fix the job but feel they did not fix it correctly. Their solution was to drive nails into the subsurface via the weep holes, which in my opinion creates another problem removing any moisture that may accumulate. Also I just noticed that the siding is starting to pull away at the top, again. I need to call Fraley, but received a text notification asking me to complete a survey and decided to use this format to let them
Know about the continued issue I am having with my siding.”
