John is great at communicating throughout the entire mortgage process, especially when something is needed quickly to clear out a condition or bring the deal to a close. I also know that if John preapproved my buyer, he knows he can get that deal closed from the very beginning. It's always a pleasure working with him.

My realtor Jenna was excellent too. She's genuinely nice and funny, as well as really smart about the work she does. I would use them both for any future purchases I would make.
