“As a home owner you want honest and quality work. In the past I have experienced different roofing companies and no one could top the service and quality job that I received from Justin at Ramos roofing. I highly recommend Ramos roofing and will use them for all future roof jobs on any of my properties. FREE estimate was done by Justin with pictures and explanation of shingles, gutters and add-on rubber roofing. After Justin inspected, he said that I could probably hold off for one more year but that I had storm damage that I was unaware of and my insurance (that I have never claimed ever) might pay for some of it. I was thrilled and definataly wanted to see if I could actually use my insurance for what it is for. So Justin worked with my insurance company and not only was I able to get a NEW ROOF but NEW GUTTERS as well. Thank you Justin and Rich for your honestly and smooth process. After I checked other reviews at RAMOS and their Columbus Ohio office as well, I knew that they were the company I wanted to go with. I got to pick the color of shingles and color of gutters. I am super impressed with their quality of products and the results. Their shingles are not the typical shingles but a better brand to last longer. “From the very beginning of my experience with Coldstream, the customer service and quality was top notch. I spoke with Jessica in the office regarding our complicated issues with our roof, solar panels and solar company. She told me she would call me back the next day after she spoke with the roofing and solar teams, but I received a call from her less than 20 minutes later with the answers she needed and we were able to get scheduled.I had the absolute pleasure of working with Dominick on the roofing side. He was ALWAYS there to answer any questions I had (even outside of "normal" business hours). When my husband and I couldn't decide on a shingle color, he let us come and see the shingles in person and sent photos of actual jobs they had completed to help make the decision easier. He was there throughout the job and the team did a complete tear off and replacement in one day. “Doing business with LOTR was a delight and I would highly recommend them for any roofing/siding project. Terri(the owner) and her field rep Camielle went to bat for me and my family when dealing with my insurance company. They are real advocates for the customer in a claims situation. They busted their rear ends on my project, going above and beyond in dealing with a huge impersonal insurance company who's M.O. is to pay the least amount possible. Also a shout out to the crew who did the install, working into the night to complete the project. Afterwards they cleaned up thoroughly in the dark. Impressive stuff from those guys! Again, I highly recommend LOTR. They will work hard for you every step of the way.“

“Secured Roofing came out and replaced my old siding with new and the results were very good. The crew was here early everyday, they moved things near the house that were in the way and gently put them back - even going so far as to rehook up my water hose.Bob walked my husband and I through every step. From picking out the color to finished job he was there and that was such a comfort not to have to re-explain what we wanted to a crew. He also took care of talking to the insurance company and getting all the paperwork together.I'd highly recommend them.“

“My roof on my house was in bad shape for a long time, I really couldn’t afford to replace my old roof. I called RLS construction and they came out and inspected my roof for free! And they found wind damage and other damage. I made a claim to my insurance company , and they met up with the insurance company at the roof inspection. Again totally free! Then the insurance company approved for me to get a new roof and RLS didn’t disappoint they had a brand new roof over my head and less than a week after the insurance company approved the replacement. They did a fantastic job with the roof, had it done before I got home from work at 3:30 pm and even cleaned up like no one was ever there. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of work on their home! Thanks again guys!“
