I cannot begin to say how happy I am i went with Bill. I feel like I won't be able to express just how happy I am with him and his wife. They were both very kind and patient they were with me. I went in, with so many questions a little scared. By the time we were done, I felt so at peace. There were very quick with getting back to me. I cannot over sell them. Bill Harris Home Inspection was literally an A++ experience! Throughout the inspection he stopped to explain not only what needed attention but also why it mattered. The final report was thorough, complete, and quick-including both drone property photos and item by item photos accompanied by concise, detailed explanation. The last page of the report was a list of all recommended actions. We could not have a more useful document or a better total experience.
