Bill provided exceptional service. He was professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient, and his work product helped me save $$$ in negotiations during the remediation process. His expertise was key! This is the fourth home I have purchased, and he has been the best home inspector I have worked with; I would definitely hire him again when I buy my next home. Heck, I’ll probably hire him before I list my house so I get my house priced right.
We had a great experience on both our pre-listing inspection and the inspection for our new home purchase. Bill was extremely thorough in both cases, taking the time to carefully evaluate and clearly explain his findings.

His attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made a big difference for us. I’d highly recommend… read full review
I cannot begin to say how happy I am i went with Bill. I feel like I won't be able to express just how happy I am with him and his wife. They were both very kind and patient they were with me. I went in, with so many questions a little scared. By the time we were done, I felt so at peace. There were very quick with getting back to me. I cannot over sell them. I will gladly recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you so much Bill and Lynda!!!!
