Window World has excellent customer service and definitely stand by their guarantee. They replaced or repaired our windows without causing us any hassle. You call them, they ask a few questions and your windows are replaced and like new again

I purchased windows about two years ago and was having difficulty locking a few of them due to the cold weather and my arthritis. I called and an appointment was made In a very timely manner. Dan, the window tech arrived promptly. He was friendly, efficient and courteous. I would highly recommend doing business with Window World, not only do they sell a quality product, but they have outstanding customer service.
