We've been bringing our pets here for over 10+ years. The staff here are so amazing and kind. Dr. Brown-Herold is the best veterinarian we've ever had. Jess and Tiff are the best techs ever too. The whole staff remembers the quirks your pets have, they know your pets are your world and are really the most heartfelt team I've ever dealt with when it comes to my pets.

I feel sick from the whole experience. First of all the receptionist has an attitude. She was rude to me from the beginning. They were running behind and had me waiting in the parking lot while it's snowing. When I finally got inside they were all very rude and I witnessed a lot of roughness with the animals. I'm concerned about the pets we put in their care. They seemed very angry and unbelievable unprofessional. They wouldn't do an easy mail Trim To my senior kitty and I'm so happy I saved him and probably More abuse. Please I'm begging you to take your pets anywhere but here. This place needs shut down.
