Our furnace went out in early February. We called Blind and Sons originally. I called them around 9:00 am. After being jerked around for about 15 minutes by their answering system I finally spoke to a human. The lady that I spoke to promised me that someone would come out and get my furnace working that day, even if it was after 5:00 pm. I waited all day and no one ever came or called. I tried to call them around 5:00 pm and was only able to leave a message. The following morning, after we slept in a cold house all night, my husband called Tropicair. I cannot recommend this company enough! They did an outstanding job installing my new furnace, and when a faulty part acted up afterward, they came back twice without hesitation to make it right. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to getting the job done correctly really set them apart. Highly impressed and grateful for their service! Thank you guys!

This may sound like a repeat, but I have to add to the great reviews that Tropic Air already has. Dennis and Christopher came out and installed our new furnace, they were on time, they were professional, instructional, and my wife’s favorite, they cleaned as they installed. Dennis and Christopher were meticulous at installing our new furnace. I agree, “look no further,” you’ve found the heating and cooling company for your needs.
