Nabeeh did not put the correct info on the tax form and now I can’t get my tax return from the IRS. I have been trying to fix this for a very long time

I filed my 2021 taxes through this office and still haven’t received my tax return. Can’t get a hold of the IRS by phone and this office refused to help fix their mess. AVOID!
